COCONUT & MANGO FOOL (Autoimmune Paleo recipe)
Total preparation time: 10-15 min
- 4 med mangos
- 80 ml (2.5 fl oz) coconut milk
- 1 large pomegranate
1. Peel and chop mango.
2. Blend the chopped mango with coconut milk until smooth.
3. Divide into 4 servings.
4. Serve in wide glasses with pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top.
